Randi Overby is our branch operations manager here at Equity Financial Services, Kansas City. She is a learner and problem-solver who loves helping people get to the root of anything they are struggling with and working alongside them to move through those challenges. She has that same passion for the clients we serve every day.
She’s been a part of the team since 2017, providing crucial oversight as we strive to serve our clients with excellence and partner with them through every phase of their lives. She looks forward to seeing how our service will continue to grow and improve.
Randi has been in the Kansas City area since 2005 but was born and raised in Texas. She spent 12 years working at home to raise 4 amazing kids—David, Parker, Ashton & Abigail—who are now all young adults. In her downtime, you can find her with friends trying new restaurants, going to movies, or taking fun trips. Randi also loves serving at her church in the nursery or helping out with events. She loves connecting with others and making them feel cared for, both personally and professionally.
